Sophie Turner dawned in a gorgeous gothic-inspired look. A subtle glitter on the lid, her long full lashes dramatized with dark mascara making them spiky, an amazing choice which really brings out her glass blue eyes. Finally, she wore a beautiful raspberry lipstick and a natural blush. Her skin looks flawless and smooth!
Blue seems to be the trend color of the Grammys! With Dua Lipa sporting a 90’s baby shimmery cobalt blue eye shadow perfectly blended around the entire eye down to the lower lash line with the inner corners layered with a lighter blue-white shimmer. The water line is lined with white liner making her brown eyes pop and finally complimentary full dark lashes creating a true 90’s grungy affect.
Perfectly complimenting Actress Priyanka Chopra’s frosty white sparkle gown, her makeup artist Mary Phillips mixes a blend of copper and champagne toned eye shadow placed in the inner corner of the eye with a warm pearl highlighter strategically placed on the bridge of the nose and brow bone giving the high points of her face dimension.
Similarly, Mary uses warm rust and bronze tones giving the appearance of a sun-kissed glow which perfectly adorns the gorgeous golden undertone of her skin.
Billy Porter Makeup Artists Christine Nelli absolutely slays this eye look creates a dramatic overextended cat eye using metallic blue eyeshadow using Smashbox cover shot eye palette in “bold glitter” and silver outline with the same palette in the shade “Denim”.
Fka twigs showed up in a stunning custom gown by designer Ed Marler and her hair styled with red curls. Her makeup of the night was done by her makeup artist Kabuki NYC using Pat McGrath cosmetics creating a smooth-subtle brown smokey eye. The dark brown shade is blended up toward her signature brushed up eyebrows with the same shade being used to smoke out the waterline serving a sultry look. Kabuki decided to go light on the foundation, he simply accentuates her cute freckles and warm bronzer is used to define the cheekbones. Finally, she set with a peachy gloss and my favourite tooth jewellery (which she wears so well!)
